Overview​

Mitch is a guitar/ music producer. That mainly gets work from teaching guitar. Our goal was creating a website that helps the user to get an understanding of what services mitch provides and how to contact him.

• Design a website that appeals to potential students
• Understanding what is the user intent 
• Creating a pricing page that is super clear on what services is provided

STRATEGIES

Make in-depth customer avatar 

First, we took a deep dive into the client’s business. Figuring out who is his customer. Finding out their pain points and what they need help with. In our research, the customer wants a clear and easy-to-follow process to learn at a good price.

Design a website that appeals to the customer

We design the website in such a way that builds credibility with the customer. Showing the client performing at shows and what project they have been associated with.

Making pricing page super simple understand

We spent countless hours editing the pricing page to make it appeal to the students of the service. Our goal was to make sure the user understood everything that they were going to get. We did user testing and discovered. That 100 percent of users understood what the client was offering.
