Give every visitor one clear next step
One page, one job
Most landing pages try to do too much. We build each page around a single action, such as a call or a quote request, and cut everything that gets in the way. The headline, the proof and the button all point the same way.

Fix the click-to-lead step
If your ads or search listings bring visitors but few calls, the page is often the weak point. We match the page to what people searched, show real proof, and make the phone number and form easy to use on mobile.

You should not have to manage a writer, a designer and a developer. We write the copy, design and build the page, and set up tracking, so you can see calls and form sends and not only visits.

What a landing page does
A landing page is a single page built for one job. Someone clicks an ad, a search result or a link in an email, and the page asks them to do one thing: call, request a quote or book. Everything on it either helps them decide or helps them act.
A normal website page has a menu, many links and many goals. A landing page removes the extras. That focus is why landing pages are the usual place to send paid traffic, and why a weak one wastes ad money.
Landing pages we build for local businesses
- Google Ads landing pages. One page for each service you advertise, matched to what people searched.
- Quote request pages. A short page and form for trades and home service businesses that win work from estimates.
- Seasonal offer pages. A page for a spring, fall or winter push that you can switch on and off.
- Call-first pages. A page where the phone number leads, for businesses that win jobs by answering the phone.
- Freebie and download pages. A page that trades a checklist or guide for an email address.
What is included in every project
You should not have to hire a writer, a designer, a developer and a tracking expert and then manage all four. Every landing page project includes:
- Discovery. We learn your offer, your customers and your numbers before we design anything. The scope is set after our first conversation.
- Copywriting. We write the words. A good page needs clear copy, and a template with blanks does not give you that.
- Design and build. A fast page that works well on a phone, in your brand, with real photos instead of stock images.
- Tracking. Phone taps and form sends are tracked, so you can see leads and not only visits.
- A plan for what happens next. Who gets the lead, how fast they respond and what the follow-up looks like.
We use AI to speed up the production work, and an expert directs it. That keeps the page from sounding like everyone else.
Our landing page process
- Strategy call. We talk about your offer, your customers and your numbers. You decide whether it is a fit.
- Discovery. We review your site, your ads, your competitors and the searches your customers use.
- Copy and design. We write the page and design it around one action. You review it before anything is built.
- Build and tracking. We build the page, test it on real phones and set up call and form tracking.
- Launch and learn. We launch, check the numbers and change one thing at a time. Small sites rarely get enough traffic for formal split tests, so we focus on clear fixes.
What makes a landing page work
- One goal for the page, and one button that matches it.
- A headline that says what you do, for whom and where.
- Proof that is real: genuine reviews, photos of your work, licenses and years in business if true.
- A short form that asks only what you need to follow up.
- A fast page with a tap-to-call number on mobile.
- A message that matches the ad or link that sent the visitor.

The parts of a landing page, top to bottom
- The first screen. A headline that names the service and the place, one line of support, and a call button or short form. A visitor should know in seconds that they are in the right spot.
- The reason to choose you. Three or four plain points: what you do, how fast you respond, what makes your work different. No slogans.
- Proof. Real reviews, photos of finished work, and any license or insurance details that apply to your trade.
- How it works. A short list of steps from first call to finished job, so the visitor knows what to expect.
- Answers to the usual worries. Price questions, timing and service area, answered honestly.
- One last push. The same button again, with the phone number beside it.
Mistakes that make landing pages fail
- Sending ads to the home page. The visitor has to hunt for what they searched. A page built for that search wins more of them.
- Too many choices. A menu, five buttons and three forms split attention. Pick one action.
- Stock photos. Visitors can tell. Photos of your own team and work build trust faster.
- A long form. Every extra field loses some people. Ask for name, phone and the job type, then follow up.
- Slow mobile pages. Most local searches happen on a phone. A page that loads slowly loses the call.
- No tracking. If you cannot see which calls and forms came from the page, you cannot improve it.
- Slow follow-up. A great page cannot save a lead that waits a day for a reply.
What to have ready before we start
- A clear idea of the service you want more of, and the area you serve.
- What a new customer is worth to you, roughly, and how many leads you can handle.
- Photos of your work, your team and your vehicles if you have them.
- Reviews, licenses and anything else customers ask about.
- Access to your ad account, analytics and website, if you already have them.
Do not worry if you are missing some of this. Part of discovery is working out what you have and what we need to create.
Landing page or full website?
They do different jobs. A website explains your whole business. A landing page asks for one action from one kind of visitor. Many local businesses need both: a solid website for people who look around, and focused landing pages for ads and campaigns. If you are not sure which to start with, we will say so on the call. You can also read about our web design service.
Landing pages and Google Ads
Ads bring people to the door. The landing page decides whether they walk in. If your ads are not producing calls, the page is often the first place to look. See how we think about PPC for local businesses, and check your numbers with the Google Ads budget calculator.
Who this is for
Local businesses that win work from calls and quotes: paving, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, pressure washing, auto repair, dental and medical offices, and professional services. If you serve a central Pennsylvania town, see our Carlisle landing page design page. Trades can also read our guide to digital marketing for home service businesses.
See what may be costing you calls
Run our 60-second website teardown on your current page. It shows common problems, such as no tap-to-call link or no contact form, that cost local businesses leads.

Frequently asked questions
Got questions? We’ve got answers! Check out these common questions to learn more about how we can help your business grow.
How much does a landing page cost?
It depends on the page, the amount of research and copy, and the tracking it needs. We scope it after a conversation about your offer and your numbers, so you know the cost before any work starts.
How long does it take to create a landing page?
Most projects take a few weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest factor is how quickly we get your photos, proof and approvals. We give you a schedule once the scope is set.
Do I need a website to create a landing page?
No, you don’t need a website to create a landing page. However, if you do have a website, you can use it to drive traffic to your landing page.
How do I know if a landing page is working?
We set up tracking for phone taps and form sends, so you can see leads and not only visits. After launch we review the numbers with you and decide what to change. You can also see traffic in Google Analytics.
What is the difference between a website and a landing page?
A website is a collection of web pages that are typically designed to provide information about a company, product, or service. A landing page, on the other hand, is a single web page that is designed to solicit a specific action from the visitor, such as filling out a form or clicking on a button.
How do I use my new landing page to get more leads?
There are a number of ways to use your new landing page to get more leads. Here are a few ideas:
- Use social media to drive traffic to your landing page.
- Use pay-per-click advertising to drive traffic to your landing page.
- Use email marketing to drive traffic to your landing page.
- Use search engine optimization to ensure that your landing page comes up in search results.
What are some of the most common landing page designs?
Some of the most common landing page designs include:
- A lead capture form
- A sales letter
- A product detail page
- A squeeze page
- A video landing page
How do you optimize a landing page?
We start with clear fixes: a sharper headline, a shorter form, faster loading and better proof. Small sites rarely get enough traffic for formal split tests, so we change one thing at a time and watch calls and form sends.
