3. Payments & Refunds
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Payments are due based on the milestones or terms agreed upon in writing
- Late payments may incur fees or project delays
- Refunds are not provided once services have commenced unless explicitly agreed upon
4. Intellectual Property
- Webfactory Media retains ownership of all deliverables until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, clients gain rights to the final approved work
- Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials without prior consent
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on sensitive project details, strategies, and pricing
6. Automated Communications
By using our services, submitting your contact information, or scheduling appointments, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Webfactory Media regarding:
- Appointment confirmations or reminders
- Project updates
- Service-related communications
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying “STOP.”
7. Limitation of Liability
Webfactory Media is not liable for:
- Losses due to website downtime
- Third-party platform issues (e.g., ad account bans)
- Results from marketing efforts that do not meet client expectations
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days’ written notice. Webfactory Media reserves the right to terminate a project for breach of terms or abuse of services.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
